Mommy-and-Me Movement

This class is designed for those young dancers who float around your house twirling, jumping, bending, and leaping. Here is a space to feel free in your body and have fun exploring your imagination, children and adults alike. We will discover new shapes, modes of movement, levels, textures, and even animal noises as we get out energy and then learn to be still and also move with our breath. Class will be mostly games and activities with some dance technique and mat instruction as students are able to learn. Use this time to connect with your little one in tandem motion or simply let them off their leash to move in playful ways.

Class instruction geared towards 3-5 year olds, with encouragement for parent or caretaker to participate. Younger students may still be able to participate with the assistance of an adult.

*This is a six (6) week package that runs Wednesday mornings 9:15 AM-10:15 AM (11/4/26-12/16/26). There will not be class the week of Thanksgiving! Price includes one adult and one child. $25/ Additional child. Please email info@upliftdancefitness.com to add another child.

**Caretakers can just watch from the side or sit in the lobby, but are required to remain on the premises at all times.
